Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.
Tickets
Tickets are issued to you personally with a unique QR code. Each ticket admits one person and is scanned once at the gate, after which it can no longer be used. Do not share your ticket. We are not responsible for tickets shared or bought from anyone other than The Fan Bench.
Purchases
Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings unless stated otherwise. Merch orders are subject to availability. We will let you know if anything you ordered is out of stock.
Refunds
Event and merch refunds are handled case by case. Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Content and conduct
Comments, reviews, votes and stories you post should be respectful. We may hide or remove content that is abusive, misleading or breaks the law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
